  I suggest going to literally any other UPS store in all of Miami. I was just treated with such hostility, it blows my mind. There is a young boy who works at the store by the name of Iggy that literally refused to help me because I dared to come into the store at 6:58PM when they close at 7 PM. I know coming in at that time is not ideal, but I did my very best, and I still made it before closing. He admitted he closed the registers early before closing, and he didn’t want to help me. For context, I had to purchase a box to send the Amazon item that I brought in. He literally suggested that I crawl into the DUMPSTER outside to go fetch a box because he didn’t feel like opening the register. Meanwhile, he kept answering personal calls from a person who was apparently outside, waiting to give him something. Then he became aggressive and physically tried to intimidate me by coming a few inches from my face and grabbing the two packages that I had brought in. I told him that I am a mother and I’ve been his age before and I understand that he wants to go with his friend and I asked him to help me. He refused, and he was very vindictive about it. I am honestly so shocked by this whole experience. There is no way someone like this should be interacting with customers. Anyway, save yourself the trouble and the headache and go to the UPS store down the road in Pinecrest.
