Ramon me dio una mas que excelente atencion. Muy amable y siempre presentando soluciones. He definitely made me willing to use this location every time.
Ramon inappropriatly opened, touched, and looked through my personal belongings multiple times during a simple shipping process, which made me extremely uncomfortable! The employee repeatedly handled items inside my boxes instead of simply asking what was inside! He also constantly and unnecessarily kept measuring boxes while all of them were the same size!
I was initially quoted one price, then suddenly given a dramatically higher total after reorganizing the boxes that he kept inappropriatly lokkig through while I was more than transpernt with my belongings! It was very intrusive! The entire experience felt invasive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily stressful.
I went to another UPS Store afterward and they handled everything professionally without opening or going through my belongings like Ramon inappropriatly did! 0 stars if I could
staff were crazy busy but still really nice and efficient/professional.

parking was really hard to find. never had an issue with someone checking to see if it was paid for or not though 👍 .
they have a notary till 7:00 p.m. which is really nice but they charge $10 per signature (free at the bank).
Ramon helped me with a special printing project, I had tried elsewhere with other printing services but was unable to get it done in a higher quality. Ramon was patient, kind and guide me through the process. I’m very happy with the result! Thank you!
Fui a realizar la devolución de un producto de Amazon, el cual no requiere empaquetado ni pago alguno. Sin embargo, el empleado de UPS me cobró por la devolución del paquete, a pesar de que este servicio no tenía ningún costo asociado.
