  This is a great family owned location. On two instances I’ve witnessed them handle difficult customers with absolute panache! Today a woman was screaming for them to open the door at 8:29:30!!! The owner was in the process of unlocking and asking her to please have patience. She then used extremely foul language to address him and his wife—totally uncalled for.   After some minor issues with the tracking not being updated by UPS, the general manager personally called me to follow up and to assure me everything was in order. Outstanding service which you do not receive too often. Great UPS store.!

  I have been to better UPS stores but this one is terrible. I went into day and had 2 boxes and I had a different time getting the boxes in, staff just watched me struggle, with only 2 other people in the store. The one box almost fell. I went to place the one box on the table there and all the man could say is, "Do not put it there rudely instead of helping me. If he was the manager, he should take a course in manners! Never coming here again.

  Been coming here for a long time and this is by far my favorite UPS. The staff are great people and they’re always willing to help regardless of how packed it may get at times. Recent renovations have added self service kiosks which help immensely when the lines are getting long. Thanks again!
