  I usually go to this UPS store because they open early on Saturday and because when one employee is there (Jimmy) even when the line is through the door with Jimmy, the line moves as fast and efficient as a Chick-fil-A drive through. Today, not so much. I pulled up at 9:06 am, there was no one in line. I should have been at work at 9 but knowing that this store is usually quick, I took a risk. There were FOUR employees working. I was the ONLY customer in line and 2 customers at the counter. The other 2 workers were milling around (one was even singing and dancing to the other). They took return after return (people who came in after me) while I stood there waiting to get something shipped. Not even a we will get to you in a minute or 2, or be with you shortly, nothing.... not happy today with this UPS store. After 10+ minutes of waiting for help, I left at 9:17. I had to go to work. If jimmy was there, I would have at least been acknowledged and I wouldn't still have something to ship (at now another UPS store). SMH.😠

  The staff here is amazing. The store is always insanely busy with people picking up and dropping off returns, so expect a line. But they are fairly efficient at getting people through quickly. All the guys who work here are super friendly and helpful. And they also have the most awesome playlist in town! Even if I come after work and there’s a line, at least I get to jam out with them!

  Jimmy, and the rest of the UPS team (Kevin, etc.), at this location make going to UPS a fun event. We actually look forward to going for our Amazon drop offs just to say hi. They are basically family now and you can tell that everyone else that goes there feels the same. They know you by name and people become regulars. Best UPS in the nation if you ask me.

  I’ve lived in Miami my whole life, and this is hands down my favorite UPS Store. There truly isn’t another one like it. Today was actually the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to write a review. I walked in just before closing on a Saturday, and the store was packed. I told my cashier, Leandrys, that the reason they’re always so busy is because they’re the best UPS Store in Miami! His smile said it all—I don’t think people tell this team often enough how much they’re appreciated. Every employee here is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. No matter how busy they are, they treat everyone with respect and somehow manage to work so efficiently that the line keeps moving. The manager deserves special recognition. He’s the best UPS Store manager I’ve ever encountered. Instead of standing back, he works right alongside his team, always with a smile on his face and a willingness to help. It’s obvious he leads by example, and it shows in the outstanding customer service the entire staff provides. If you have a choice of which UPS Store to visit in Miami, make it this one. This team has earned loyal customers because they consistently go above and beyond.

  I rushed here from Downtown Miami because I urgently needed to ship a package and arrived at 6:53 PM, seven minutes before the posted closing time. The employees told me that their system was already shut down, even though the computers were still on and they were simply cleaning up. I was left with the strong impression that they had turned off the system early because they assumed no more customers would arrive and wanted to leave exactly at 7:00 PM. My shipment was already fully prepaid, and I had the shipping label printed and attached. All they needed to do was scan the label, accept the package, and that was it. Closing the system before the store’s official closing time is not acceptable. Customers should be served until 7:00 PM, not only until the employees decide to start closing. I made a real effort to arrive on time, and their decision to stop working early prevented me from shipping an important package. I consider this disrespectful to the customers whose business ultimately pays their salaries. This experience left me with a very negative impression of this UPS Store location.
