  Mal servicio de parte la Luzecita nombre de la persona q no me quiso ayudar hacer una devolución de un artículo se negó diciendo que no funcionaba la impresora y no quiso venderme la caja para empacar el artículo. Muy mal servicio de su parte no deberían tenerla ahí trabajando

  Horrible venir un sabado aca. Solo dos empleados una cola horrible y la dependiente muy tranquila mas que peresoza. No recomiendo.

  Came at 6:45 pm today July 23rd 2026 and employees claim “system down” and they “can’t scan QR codes” this has happened 2 times already with the same female employees. At this point you waste customers time unreliable UPS location.

  We visited this UPS Store on June 22, 2026, at 9:30 AM, and the customer service was absolutely outstanding! I needed to verify my 89-year-old mother-in-law's identification on the ID.me kiosk. She walks slowly with a walker, and I had never used this kiosk before, so I was feeling quite anxious about the process. The young woman and gentleman working there were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful to all of us. They turned what seemed like a highly difficult task into a smooth and easy experience. I cannot thank them enough for their compassion and professionalism. Thank you again for the great customer service! Best regards, WR
