Hands down, best UPS store in Kendall. I have been using this UPS store forever now & the staff is the best. Shout out to Erica, for going out of her way to help me with my return when my baby had just fallen asleep as we arrived. THANK YOU.
Yesterday I had such a great experience at the UPS Store thanks to Leo! He was super funny, incredibly friendly, genuinely kind, and honestly really cute too!! He made the whole process quick, easy, and actually enjoyable. It’s rare to come across customer service that good these days. Leo went above and beyond to help and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. Definitely the best customer service I’ve had in a long time — thank you, Leo!
I can't tell you how much your team reduced my stress today. Not only did I not have to make another pit stop after my Amazon return because I was able to print what I needed right there and then...but your team, as always, went above and beyond to help me make sure it came out right.

Customer service is rare here apparently, I just walked into the UPS store by my house at 3:04pm, the door was still open and people walking in and out including a line of people in the store. I had one item to return and the girl with long black hair at the front told me they’re closed and refused to take my return. I nicely said the door is still open and it’s the holidays, you can’t take one more package especially since the door is OPEN. She said no…. It’s the little things that matter sometimes. Poor attitude, poor service

Your response actually is what I expected based on your other responses and shows lack of accountability. The point here is the ATTITUDE of the front desk… she clearly was rude and annoyed AND I did not know it was closed the door was OPEN with people walking in and out and also being helped.
There is a way to do things… the transaction could have been honored since the door was visibly open. That’s what REAL customer service does- it goes above and beyond. Business owners understand that… good ones…
It would have been a different story should the door have been locked and I was banging the door down for service. The computer systems were also not shut down or whatever point you were trying to make here.

Horrible service at this location needed something shipped next day air on Wednesday paid $240 for next day so I get it by 930 am as promised this location didnt send my package out till Thursday according to the tracking and now since they dropped the ball and shipped it late now the tracking says im not getting it till Monday thank you UPS for being incompetent and have now caused me to loose money due to not getting my package overnight like I paid for and the best part is UPS store and thier employees dont care one bit all I get is im sorry well im sorry is not getting me back the money I've lost due to this BS employees here are a joke do better with hiring and training your employees if something is next day air freaking ship it out correctly dont wait till the day its supposed to be delivered to ship it out thanks for screwing me over never using UPS again what can brown do for you ill tell you cost you loosing out on a deal and money because they dont know what overnight means using FedEx from here on out I do a lot of shipping so I loose money now UPS losses my money and business
