  Avoid at any cost of you are planning to choose this UPS store for delivery/pick up point of any order. Per Margery they charge $15 delivery fee ($16.05 with tax to be exact) if you do not have a mailbox with them. I’ve picked up many orders from the UPS store in Coconut Grove and have never been charged a pick ip fee

  parking was really hard to find. parking is expensive but the store validates your ticket. they have a notary till 6:00 p.m. but charge $10 per signature (free at the bank).

  Associate of the UPS shop refused to accept return without packaging. She was unempathetic and didn't let me pack the return in too my package. P.S. I was thinking to rent a mail box in this place but see what I saw my interest in the rent expired. I don't want to come back.

  Special thanks to this amazing UPS location. There is almost never a line, which makes everything so quick and easy. Justin was incredibly helpful with my shipment - truly such a kind and pleasant person . I’m very grateful for his help. This is actually my first time leaving a review for UPS, bc I was genuinely impressed by the level of service here.
