  One of the worst experiences I have had in a UPS STORE. Do not come here . They charge you to put a piece of tape on your boxes that you send out with them. They charge $3.99 each taped box they do for you. I have gone to many UPS stores and I have never been charged for them to put tape on the top of a box. Mind you the 3 boxes were small size 8"x6 and we were paying to ship them out already. I had to buy a roll of tape that cost $8. Because I was in a hurry i had to send it out from the store. Be aware that this store will charge to tape up any box and it doesn't how small it is. DO NOT COME TO THE STORE BECAUSE THEY WILL BE CHARGING IF YOU ALSO USE THERE PEN.. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN AND I DONT RECOMMEND IT EITHER..

  They have a high rating for a reason. I chose them to hold some packages for my dad while he visited the US. I called many times to make sure they do indeed offer the service to hold packages for non-account holders and to ensure delivery went smoothly. They were always patient with me. Finally, when my dad arrived it was just before closing and still they handled everything professionally

  Shoutout to Ernie for helping me ship a package that looked like it had been packed by a raccoon during a caffeine binge. He didn't judge, asked all the right questions, and got it taken care of quickly. Great service and a great sense of humor. Highly recommend. ◡̈

  My experience with UPS has been great so far. The service is always very fast, and all the packages I’ve received or shipped have arrived in excellent condition. I also appreciate that the location is close to where I live, which makes things very convenient for me. The staff at this location are amazing — very friendly, efficient, and always willing to answer questions and help customers quickly. You can definitely notice that there is a high demand at this location because it is usually busy, but the employees still handle everything professionally and kindly. One thing I would love to see in the future is more UPS locations in this area, since there seems to be a strong need for additional nearby locations. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience with UPS.
