  I came to return an item that had arrived with a slightly damaged box. When I got there, the employee told me they couldn’t accept the package because of the condition of the box. I asked if he could simply put a small piece of tape on it, and he replied that, due to store policy, he had to charge me $1.99 for a tiny piece of tape. I understand that businesses have policies, but being unwilling to help a customer over something so minor reflects very poor customer service. A little common sense and a willingness to help would have made all the difference. It was a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this location. It deserves less than one star.
