  Absolutely love this UPS location!! Monish and Carlens were SO helpful, kind, and welcoming! They went above and beyond to make everything easy and seamless. The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems happy to be there, which makes such a difference. The store is always clean, organized, and incredibly efficient. Even when they’re busy, everything runs smoothly and the energy is always so positive. It’s rare to find a place with such consistently great customer service, especially for something as simple as shipping packages! You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Such a great team and easily my favorite UPS location. Highly recommend!!

  Excellent customer service at this UPS location! Manish was absolutely wonderful! He was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. It's refreshing to meet someone who takes pride in their work and truly cares about helping customers. Manish is a perfect example of what great customer service should look like. UPS is lucky to have him on the team! Management, please recognize Manish for his outstanding service. Employees like him deserve appreciation and recognition. Keep up the fantastic work, Manish!

  The most friendly store I’ve ever been in!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with big smiles from everyone working in the store. And Darrin went over and beyond to assist me with my shipment. I would recommend everyone use this location if they want high quality service and excellent customer service.

  Maneesh is the maaaaaannnnnn!!! I brought in 100 boxes all shapes and sizes, he was exceptional!!! He was so patient, kind, helpful with printing and organizing labels. He has great customer service, professionalism and character. He also helped me reload my Jeep with the boxes we couldn’t ship. (10 STARS and a hug!) He also has a great smile :) Next up, Jimmyyyyyy!!! He was so sweet and made sure our experience was met with excellence. He made sure our packages we secured for shipment. He was fast, fun to work with, organized, very considerate of our requests. I admire his ability to move with urgency and empathy for our huge order. (10 STARS) -he also has a nice smile and build! There’s another gentleman in the store who was also very kind and helpful but I didn’t get his name. (10 STARS) He was too busy doing a great job! This is a great team, with great service and I would absolutely recommend! Definitely will be back. Thanks you guys for everything! (30 STARS)

  I got baited for a review. I was told that my package had to be sealed and taped, and he will tape my box if I do a review worst experience ever I’ve never experienced this before…beware if your package isn’t taped and perfectly sealed you will have to make a deal with the employee by making a review to get tape lol..he was just rude and snide
