  Big thank you to Ray for amazing service today! I was dropping off a few returns, had issues with my QR code, and one package was falling apart. Ray was so patient and helpful and got everything taken care for me. Really appreciate it! Would highly recommend and plan to go back to this location again to run any errand I have!

  Let’s just start by saying that MONISH YOU ROCK !! thank you for your help and especially your kindness. This is what customer care is really about. This particular office as well. The UPS office is always welcoming and Patient. Thank you guys cause I know you guys get a lot of traffic in the store, and the time that I’ve been here, I have never seen you guys out of sites !! . Super happy to have you as my neighbors 🙏🙏

  I had the most amazing experience ever at this UPS Store. Talk about outstanding customer service, with incredible attention to detail! Monish was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, and helped me choose the best option using his expertise. Even with all my questions, the process was quick and smooth! Thank you so much for all your help Monish, I’m now a repeat customer for life!

  This location has an awesome team. Kudos to UPS for choosing the right staff, especially Monish. He provided awesome customer service! He was very polite, friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Keep up the great work!
