  Monish, was very helpful, and Intentive. I was messing with him by asking him is he new (Lol) I always come to this UPS store. I know all them all that works there.

  I've been coming here for years. Mostly for Amazon returns. But outside of the occasional long line, I've always been serviced quickly. In and out the door majority of the time.

  Staff is very helpful, services are fast and easy. I will strongly recommend you to go there even if you need to drop off a package or to send one. No lines.

  Went to the UPS store on Biscayne today to ship my package , and the service was EXCEPTIONAL . Ray and Monish were so nice and they greeted me at the door . It was a In & out process . & any question I had they knew the answers and even offered to further help just in case my package don’t arrive on time. . I’m loving the new environment.

  Ray and Mo provided excellent customer service! They were friendly, funny , professional, and even offered my husband a chair while he waited for me, which was very thoughtful. The process was fast and smooth. Great experience highly recommend!
