  Was there the other day and no one was there to open and I waited 39 Invites and so i left( really bad!!!

  LONG lines average of 7 to 15 minutes only two staff working, and the process is like a turtle. Does not move faster. I would rather drive another mile to a faster UPS store than waiting 7 to 15 minutes, it is not the first time I gave them a chance, still same results.

  no one greets you and the atmosphere is cold and impersonal. But they get the job done.

  It was our first time visiting this UPS Store located at 8724 Southwest 72 Street we were having a problem returning an item, Fahad was extremely helpful and patient he took care of the issue very efficiently and we were pleased with his customer service very good attitude we will return for future business at this location

  I’ve had a much better experience at this UPS Store compared to the local USPS offices. The service is consistently faster, the staff is more professional, and I never have to deal with the long wait times or headaches I usually find at the post office. Whether it’s a quick drop-off or a more complex shipment, this location is much more reliable and efficient. Highly recommend choosing them over the USPS counterparts.
