I had a pretty good experience overall here. They were very busy but have many employees to handle the workload. I visited before 3PM and after me there was a long line formed all the way to the front door, but seemed to be moving quickly. Sileidy who attended me was kind, efficient, and professional. I can see how other reviews mention indifferent staff. Some of the other staff SEEMED that way. I could pick that vibe up. As a bilingual Wedding and Event DJ in Miami, South Florida, Key Largo, Islamorada, the Florida Keys, and Southwest Florida, I'm really in tune with good hospitality and service. Still, I'd recommend you visit, just maybe have patience if there's a line. It seems to move quickly.

Terrible customer service. Halfway through helping me, the rep that was assisting me, an older woman said something to her coworker that I didn’t understand and started on another task. After a while of being ignored for a bit, at that point I didn’t know who was helping me so I said “excuse me” because she had given me her back. She didnt acknowledge my existence and I said excuse me again trying to get her attention and the other younger lady snapped at me in Spanish. Apparently at that point the other lady was helping me. After a while they gave me a receipt for returning the thing to Amazon. Guess it makes sense why I was the only customer there during peak hours. If I wanted to get mistreated like that I’d go to the DMV. At least they speak English.

I visit many UPS Stores regularly, and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. There was a line all the way to the door, more than 10 people waiting, 3 employees were there but only 1 was attending to customers, while the others were chatting as if they had nothing to do were inside doing who knows what.
The most frustrating part was the complete lack of urgency. Everyone seemed totally calm and unbothered as if there were no customers waiting at all. Terrible customer service, terrible management, and a huge waste of people’s time. I will avoid this location in the future.

Muy mala atención las empleadas estan sin animos y muy mala actitud para atender al cliente! No hay multitud de personas y ellas deciden hacer esperar porque acabo de llegar . Tengo una caja que no me reciben porque necesito sobre o caja . Les deben pagar muy mal .
