  Very disappointed in last visit. They have been great but when in the other day with 60 pages,black and white ,one sided to be copied. I was charged 79 cents per copy and the bill was $50.00 for 60 copies. Other UPS stores charge less than half that. I feel they took advantage of an elderly woman and it was WRONG.

  Employee on phone (personal). Had me waiting, no one in store except me and him. On the phone. I left saying I should have gone some place else. I didn't have the time.

  Siempre vengo por la mañana para que me dé tiempo llegar al trabajo y nunca están abiertos a su hora supuestamente abren a las 8:30am y el señor abrió a las 8:43am si por favor pudieran ajustar el horario para que la persona que le toque abrir llegue a tiempo
