  I got there at 3:48 only cuz I have to travel out of town tomorrow and I was returning some packages it was 3:56 and I had the last package to return and the ladies starts telling me you can come back at 8 a.m. we open as if being condescending like hurry up and I say you're telling me that because and she says because we're closing which I was almost done with the package but the rudeness was not warranted. you don't know what people have going on. I'm literally having to leave out of town tomorrow to deal with my elderly parent and was trying to do last minute returns and got there before they close. It would have took only 2 minutes to let me do the packages but the rudeness was uncalled for so I'm leaving this review I usually don't do that but the level of rudeness and condescending I had never experienced at that location and they need to get a matter of control I understand it's Sunday and people want to go home but literally I had two packages that I had to do and I just walked out because it didn't make sense and I just put my packages back in my car.

  This UPS store has outstanding customer service, feels like a neighborhood store branded UPS, always attentive to customer questions and requests. Thanks to Gisela for always being kind and helpful.

  When I got in line, a lady looked at me, but said nothing so I approached the counter and I told her I had already sent what I needed to print to the email before I arrived and without saying anything, she just pointed to the email on the counter, and I explained once again that I had already emailed it because I had the email from the last time I printed there. She then walked away and got on her phone and didn’t look up again so I was waiting there assuming she was waiting for the email to come in but after sometime Brian, who was actually helping somebody else, asked for my name and printed it right away. I don’t want to speak down on the lady maybe she was having a bad day, but I would just like to commend Brian for noticing, even though he was busy and helping me out. He seems like a great asset to the team.
