  This store has failed me more than once. From the very poor customer service from extremely rude employees , to them charging more than $2 to print 1 sheet of paper when none of the other ups charge this much….ive also had an entire package lost, Scanned at this facility but never made it on the truck. Running an insurance claim takes forever, and I had to come out of pocket for my customers order… long before I was reimbursed. Then today I called and asked when their ups ground pick up was and when I get there before the scheduled time it was already picked up. I had to work on these shipments for over an hour all to get to this store and be told they already left. While I understand that isn’t always in their control. It’s frustrating. I run a business and drop off at many UPS stores, however this store just always seems to fail me one way or the other.
