Okay let's be honest!
I eat at Subway every day "different locations" with my workers...
And here is what happened about 2 weeks ago...
Me and one of my employees "lady", we went there to eat after an hard day of work...
We were on the line and my employee ask the keys to access at the restroom and they DENIED saying that she must to pay first...
So at that point another customer start to complain about the same, and all se start to argued about the fact that they must give access to the bathroom to the customer and not only after we pay...
So, the cashier said that she didn't care, and because she has to clean "she described that she also has to clean blood and other things", so for that reason she give the key only after the customer pay the sandwiches.
So, after that, there was a man on the table, listening all the issues and when he finish to eat, he stands up and he advise the subway employees that he was a inspector from the Miami-Dade and he advise to give access to the bathroom to all the people that needs, even if not customers, or if they get a complain, they will close the restaurant, because they are denying and essential human necessity "rights"...
So, with this review I would like to see if someone can take action against this not right situation.
Other than that, I would like to know why specially in that restaurant, all the employee are always arrogant and not friendly at all...
If it's about money or the kind of job, please dear employees, change job, go and find a place that make you happy, but don't make our food with angry and frustration!
The customers needs to eat and be welcomed with a smile, always and everywhere!
