  Very slow service. There were 5 of us in total when I entered and I wouldn't categorize as busy, though in truth there was only one visable employee present (Luis). Of the 5 of us Luis the employee seemed to know the first two as he spent most of my first 20 minute wait more on conversation with the two of them rather than assembling the sandwiches. Finally after they were done, the next gentleman had a difficult time as Luis as he didn't understand his order (it was a meatball sub). I would stay far away.

  They shortchanged you on the meat not a damn sandwich looks like that single thing in the picture false advertising at its best. I want my sandwich to look exactly like it does on the photograph
