  Service at Subways outside checkpoint E its always a 10/10. Agents are always polite and educated treat customers like family and love to assist customers. Food it as fresh as it can get and super tasty.

  Service here is flat‑out terrible. The woman making our sandwiches could barely be bothered to look up, barely spoke, and acted like every part of the job was an inconvenience. She slopped the meat and cheese on like she was in a rush even though there was no line, didn’t listen, and had zero customer service skills. We were polite, answered her questions, said thank you — didn’t matter. The attitude never changed. I asked for my sandwich toasted and it came out barely warm, like it spent 30 seconds in the oven. The sandwiches themselves were fine, but the service was awful from start to finish. If you want a decent experience, go literally anywhere else in the terminal.
