Hoy en mi hora de lunch fui a comer a este lugar y note algo q no me gustó. En lo q yo pedia mi comida la manager una muchacha de piel canela y pelo negro estaba tratando muy mal à la otra muchacha de pelo corto rubio. La verdad yo asta le dije q esa no era la forma de tratar a nadie porque fue muy injusta con la muchacha q se notaba q estaba aprendiendo. La verdad no voy a regresar mas porque no me gusta la injusticia. Aprendan a tratar a las personas porque no estamos en cuba. Y mucho menos delante de los clientes. No entiendo como tienen a esa mujer como “manager” porque como manager no sirve.

I haven't been to this restaurant in a long time but there's a reason why I haven't been there in so long. There is this lady, who must be the owner or something, who is extremely rude and does not do her job very well. I believe other comments have mentioned her as well. I normally order my sandwich online and every time, she would prepare it incorrectly. I believe it's because she doesn't understand what is written in the order. The sandwich names are abbreviated and she probably doesn't understand what those abbreviations mean. I've tried to explain this to her but she didn't want to listen. So she keeps preparing the order incorrectly, I come in and I ask her to make it correctly, then she gets upset. There's one time where she just dropped it in front of me after I extended my hand to get the sandwich. She was very rude. On another day where I did not order through mobile but instead I ordered in person, she was handling her phone while preparing the sandwich. I should not have to explain to anyone how filthy phones are. It's like handling a doorknob and then preparing someone's sandwich. I don't know if she still works there but this is unacceptable behavior. Absolutely unacceptable. I even filed a complaint, which I don't think amounted to anything because the complaint was probably directed to her if she's the one who runs that Subway. The only solution here is to never go to this restaurant ever again. Ever.

I can’t change honey mustard to regular mustard? Is this real? I was told I cannot change anything on the sandwich. I did not fight it. I paid for it and left it there. Won’t go back. Need a better hiring policy:
