  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Gladis! She was very friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. She prepared my order perfectly and made sure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. Her positive attitude made the experience even better. Great service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Placed two orders and both were canceled. First order was canceled right before i arrived. Went inside to ask why and they didn't speak English needed a translator. They said they don't take orders over 30 dollars online. Placed a smaller order online in front of them came out to 32 dollars and still canceled my order saying the owner doesn't take orders over 30. I only ordered online to take advantage of the rewards fyi.

  I've been coming to this subway for about 3 years now and wanted to say the staff are very admirable but customers are not. Many people come with bad attitudes and forget that staff members are humans. I have encountered many instances that customers will create a small issue that cannot be fixed turn it into a huge deal. As consumers we should work better to treat staff better so that it can be a better environment for both sides.
