  We just flew in from the Midwest with a VERY rough flight, no food, no sleep. Were hoping for some decent food before we go onto our cruise but this wasnt a great experience besides the flavor of the drink and cookies. The lady taking my food order didnt know what was on a Chipotle cheesteak and had to look at the menu, then turned back around and proceeded to ask me how to make it, its a preset sandwich. Before I even had my sandwich toasted the lady was yelling across the store to another women about her baby daddy situation and interrupted me three times. When it was FINALLY put in the oven she forgot about it and it burned while she decided to take the ladies order behind me and finish it before it was even taken out. I wasnt given any compensation for this at all. On top of this, though didnt make me mad, we weren't charged for my sandwich nor the cookies we had. This is highly unprofessional. The taller guy with the buzz cut was nice, he felt like he was in a good atmosphere but was a tad loud. Didn't enjoy the food experience, the burnt sandwhich was ok at best.

  El trabajador en ves de prestar atención se la pasaba cantando y bailando, al final preparo mal mi orden y no pude comerla por incluir ingredientes con huevos. Si tienen oportunidad es mejor ir a otra sucursal

  DO NOT EAT HERE! ROACHES! Just walked in to order my food there was roaches crawling on the glass where the food is. A few months back i saw one crawling on the wall
