  Everytime I call with a insurance issue, they are there to help me resolve the problem. They take the time to make sure you have the coverages you want and do their best to bring you extra savings.-- I highly recommend them.

  I have been a client of this agency since it was previously owned by Luis Necuze. The agents were very helpful then. Since Ramses Rivero took over the customer service has been less than satisfactory. Last year i got a notice of cancelation from Citizens because my roof was old. I had my roof redone 5 years previously and sent in my new roof recertification. The policy was never re submitted to underwriting by the agent at Mr. Riveros agency and my policy was never re-newed. I found out by accident today that i have not had windstorm for a year. I spoke with Carolina today and she informed me that it was my responsibility to make sure agent had re-newed my policy. I assumed that when i sent my roof certification to this agency they would have completed their job. I am not an agent an i dont know the steps they have to take to make sure my policy is re-newed. I do not trust this agency anymore. They made a huge mistake and tried to pin the responsibility on me. Now i have to pay a higher premium because i have not had windstorm for a year. Think twice before you give them your buisness.
