Big guy in the front doesn't want to work. He said I brought "too many packages" and didnt want to receive them. Told me to "schedule a pick up" lol. In other words, have someone else get these packages for you because its too much work for me. Staff at this location doesnt want to work. lol

Wish I can give them zero star. They lost my first package. Had to ask for another. Put it at the wrong address again. So now I have two claims. And the third they told me I can pick up. But they put in the tuck for delivery. Waited all day no delivery. Call again and was told I can come pick it up. Come in the morning and they tell me its being delivery and they cant do anything about it.... what kind of company is this... they clearly wont do anything or even call me. I have to reach out everyday to know if they even working on the issue. And I still don't have my package and it been 2 weeks.
