This place is the worst. I requested that my package be held at a specific location, but for days no one knew where it was. I contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I was told that my package would arrive the next day, which turned out to be false. The lack of communication and inaccurate information made the entire experience very frustrating. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
Complete hassle. Apparently the guy working there was having a bad day and refused to accept the package I was shipping. Said I couldn’t wrap it brown package wrap???? What??? He wanted me to BUY a fed ex box for $15. The website says they do accept them wrapped. So I had to pay for parking then had to drive 10 minutes to another Fed ex - pay to park again - and dropped it off with no problems. Guy said he had no idea why they refused it. Maybe they get commissions for supplies???

1 star. I’ve had repeatedly poor experiences at this FedEx location, and based on other reviews I’m clearly not alone. The staff and manager are dismissive and unprofessional, and they’ve rejected packages that should have been accepted without offering any real explanation or assistance. Customer service is nonexistent — no greeting, no help troubleshooting, no willingness to problem-solve. Paying for shipping should not feel adversarial. I’d recommend going to a different FedEx location or trying UPS/USPS until corporate addresses the issues here.

In this location the line is only for irregular customers since friends and regulars get service first than anyone else, staff unprofessional, rude and unaware of anything… save your time and go somewhere else
