  It was my first time using their printers and i asked for instructions, no clear instructions neither someone willing to actually help me understand what im supposed to do, I had urgent documents for my lawyer and when i told them i need them to help me since its a timely manner they still didn’t help me, the staff were so detached n careless I heard a girl that was working there cussing costumers out after she would hang up the phone on them n i heard them talking about one of their colleague stealing from the store, so in overall i will not be walking near by this store again. Worse costumer service n work ethic.

  I stopped at the FedEx store at 3401 Miami Avenue, and what a waste of time\. After I brought in three large, heavy boxes, the staff waited until I had carried in all three before telling me that they were not accepting large boxes\. When I asked which store would accept them, they gave me the name of a nearby location\. When I asked about its hours, they simply told me to look them up online\.

  Osiris was very rude from the start. I don’t know what prompted her to be this nasty towards me but she did offer me to speak to a manager when all I needed was help.

  The staff might hate working there because their predisposition to help is horrible. Annoyed at answering the smallest requests from clients. If you need to do anything other than drop a package to be returned, go somewhere else

  Daijah was very nice helping me. I had been visiting the location for 3 years, and always they help any customer. Glad they continue with nice attitude and service to customers. Congrats
