  Im not the kind of costumer that leave reviews, but i went to packaging a cuestick, and this girl Zhara, i think that was her name, she was so polite a carful with my package and her costumer service skills top, congrats on that hired fedex 👌🏼 Is hard to find people that care

  FedEx is horrible. By far the worst mail carry or delivery service you can use. Good luck getting help if they loose a package. There is no one you can speak to or get help from. You deal with an automated system that doesn’t go outside of its pre-programmed protocols so if your issue is complex you are not going to get anything but frustrated. Other carries are much more reliable and helpful. Never had any issues with others.

  This is the disastrous result of using FedEx to ship my dental lathe which I recently sold after my retirement. I ended up reimbursing the buyer $400, plus the shipping cost which by the way I was quoted $79 on the phone but ended up being nearly $40 more than the quote. On top of all that I had paid FedEx to do the packaging of the product thinking they knew better than me how to do that to prevent this. In addition, this was the second item I had shipped using them at this location and that item as well arrived damaged but was still functional. Shame on them the first time, shame on me the second time, however now I let others I know never to ship using FedEx especially if they do the packaging and also pay for extra insurance!

  Came to get some prints done for my wedding and thanks to Ramiro, got everything done in no time! Was super patient with the amount of things I had to print, I appreciate all the help!
