  Perhaps better training is required for some of the staff. Decided to hold at this location and the first guy (Xavier) that helped me on Sunday, the day it was supposed to be there did not even bother to check if the package was there, just told me what seems like made up things about it being in another location and that I would get an update about it being ready for pickup. 2 days later and there’s no update on the website so I decide to call customer support and open a case because I’m thinking the package is lost at this point. No response from the team so I go to check on site again and the package had been there since Sunday. Only saving grace is the other staff who were able to find it without deflecting. Also this Do not scan sticker, which I’m assuming was placed maliciously.

  I’ve been visiting this location for printing for over 5 years now. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

  Hoy fui hasta FedEx por un motivo especial estaba preparando la papelería para el cumpleaños de mi hijo sin ser una craft mom, no tenía idea de todo lo que podía encontrar allí, y todo fue gracias a la excelente atención por parte de Sol y Ramiro que fueron muy amables pacientes me ayudarton y orientaron en todo de no ser por su disposición y gran corazón no lograba hacer esto de manera tan rápida y fácil. No duden en preguntar por ella si vienen.
