  There is no direction. I was looking to send two envelopes via FedEx. I found a shipping envelope after looking through empty shelves and there is no one who came around to ask if I needed help. I could not find anything to fill out. There were three people behind the counter but two of them were not taking any customers and the line was at least 6 people long. It looked like one was training but there are times when you can stop to explain and times when you need to take care of the customers. Finally someone from the other side came to help me after I stood around for at least 20 minutes wondering what to do. That person told me I didn’t need any paperwork. It would have been nice to know before I roamed the store looking for one. It was a very frustrating experience.

  Perhaps better training is required for some of the staff. Decided to hold at this location and the first guy (Xavier) that helped me on Sunday, the day it was supposed to be there did not even bother to check if the package was there, just told me what seems like made up things about it being in another location and that I would get an update about it being ready for pickup. 2 days later and there’s no update on the website so I decide to call customer support and open a case because I’m thinking the package is lost at this point. No response from the team so I go to check on site again and the package had been there since Sunday. Only saving grace is the other staff who were able to find it without deflecting. Also this Do not scan sticker, which I’m assuming was placed maliciously.

  That was the best store ! They have everything you need. Gabriel was very very polite and kindly. I appreciate his service

  I’ve been visiting this location for printing for over 5 years now. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.
