Pésima atención !!! Programe una impresión con tiempo y pase a retirar el día y a la hora, el trabajo no estaba listo nadie sabía nada , más de 45 minutos para que encontraran el trabajo en el sistema para empezar a imprimirlo, después de impreso no encontraban con que empacarme el trabajo !! casi 2 horas esperando para retirar un trabajo que se programó con tiempo

Staff were moving a bit slow, but it was very close to closing time and they took care of my item anyways. They were very helpful in packing and shipping my item as well as very informative on the costs.

I visited the FedEx location in Doral on 36th Street, right next to Life Time Fitness. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to the customer service.
I was waiting to be assisted for a while, and another customer who arrived after me was helped first. When I was finally attended to, the employee’s attitude was not professional at all—he seemed irritated, unwelcoming, and as if helping customers was an inconvenience. There was no politeness or basic friendliness in the interaction.
As someone who works in sales and understands the importance of customer service, I find this level of service unacceptable. When a business works directly with customers, attitude and respect matter just as much as efficiency. If someone is not in the right mindset to assist customers, it really affects the overall experience.
I only came to this location for convenience since it’s nearby for shipping documents through FedEx, but honestly, this experience made me feel uncomfortable enough that I would hesitate to return.
I hope management takes customer service training more seriously, because this kind of experience does not reflect well on the brand or the location.
