    I don’t recommending using FedEx here. Paid over $40 to ship a small package and they wanted $4 dollars extra just to drop it off. The value, experience and customer service is just plain terrible.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx Office location today, and I feel it needs to be addressed seriously. I came in to print a large number of documents using the self-service Print & Go system, which I had already set up myself. I deliberately chose to handle everything on my own to avoid taking up staff time. When I encountered a technical issue, I approached the counter. A Caucasian male employee assisted me and was professional, patient, and helpful. I truly appreciate his service. However, my experience with another employee (a Hispanic female staff member) was the complete opposite. When I returned for help with a second issue, she was dismissive, unhelpful, and displayed a noticeably negative attitude from the start. She avoided engagement, showed visible impatience, and did not make any effort to provide a solution beyond telling me what could not be done. As a customer who has used FedEx services multiple times, I am aware that staff can assist with more complex print requests using their system. I had to explicitly ask her to help process my files using my code ,something that should have been offered proactively. Even then, she appeared reluctant and ultimately could not complete the task, requiring her coworker to step in and finish it. Throughout the entire interaction, I remained polite and respectful, repeatedly thanking both employees. In return, I received cold, dismissive behavior, including lack of basic courtesy and visible attitude. This was not only unprofessional, but also made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. At minimum, this reflects a serious lack of customer service standards. At worst, the treatment felt selective and potentially biased, which is unacceptable in any customer-facing environment. I want to clearly recognize the excellent service provided by the male employee, but the stark contrast between the two experiences is exactly why this issue needs attention. I strongly urge management to address this behavior and ensure all staff are held to the same standard of professionalism and respect.

    I can confirm this location is open and staffed in the Intercontinental Hotel Downtown. There is not really any signage, but its just passed Starbucks which there are signs for everywhere. The person working was nice and helpful!

    Tried to drop off an express package, but was advised I would need to pay $25 to do so. I already paid for pick-up in the price of my express package, so maybe they should have given me $25 for saving them the trip. Chap behind the desk did give me directions to the ship center across the road who took it without an additional charge, so they get one-star for that part at least!
