  Darrin is a rockstar! I was just there this morning and he was working by himself and it was busy. He was very pleasant, cheerful, calm, very organized and truly helped each and every customer with care. Will definitely keep doing business here. Thank you!!! Update: I went back the next day because of the excellent service I received. The manager, Wilkens and Anne were so helpful to all the customers and were very patient and kind. These people work so hard and deserve a raise! I would want these guys to be in my business. They are an asset to the company 🙏🏾

  I had such a wonderful experience at FedEx Office today, and I really want to recognize Darrin and Rosa for their kindness and excellent customer service. Darrin, especially, went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. I was printing materials for an upcoming floral event, and he was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. He gave me suggestions, shared his point of view, helped me make the best decisions for what I needed, and genuinely cared about the final result. What stood out to me even more was seeing how he interacted with other customers as well. He was patient, empathetic, positive, and welcoming with everyone. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job and when someone genuinely cares about the experience they create for people, Darrin definitely does. Rosa was also very kind and helpful, and together they made me feel incredibly comfortable and taken care of. I left not only happy with my prints, but genuinely grateful for the experience. Thank you, Darrin and Rosa, for the amazing service, kindness, and positive energy. You made my day and made preparing for my event a little more special. You both deserve to be recognized! 🌸

  Fui a hacer un envío en esta tienda que por cierto, las cajas están bien caras y la muchacha que estaba atendiendo me dijo que no podía ponerle presta a la caja que tenía que comprar la precinta. Mi pregunta es si yo estoy yendo a hacer un envío y estoy comprando la caja que les cuesta poner la presenta son unos miserables a esta tienda no voy más y una caja $35 una falta de respeto para la comunidad y que hayan personas tan miserables como las que están atendiendo.
