  I had an exceptional experience with Erick and Deborah at DHL today and genuinely felt compelled to leave a review because no one asked me to — they simply went far above and beyond what was expected. I needed to ship a very expensive suit and full ensemble to Cannes, France within an extremely tight timeline for important meetings. The challenge was that none of the standard boxes available were ideal without heavily folding the suit and potentially damaging or severely wrinkling it during transit. Erick truly saved the day. He took the initiative to search through the back for alternative packaging solutions and ended up finding a flat specialty box that worked perfectly for transporting the suit properly. He then did the same again for the shoes, hangers, and additional pieces when the standard options still weren’t working. His creativity, patience, and willingness to problem-solve made all the difference. Deborah was equally wonderful throughout the process — incredibly kind, attentive, patient, and generous with her time. The level of customer service from both of them felt rare and genuinely thoughtful. What made the experience even more notable is that I had gone to UPS beforehand and was quoted nearly double the price, without any real confidence around delivery timing to Europe. They actually recommended I try DHL instead for international shipping — and I’m very glad I did. DHL ended up being not only significantly more cost-effective, but a far superior overall experience. Huge thank you again to Erick and Deborah for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. They absolutely deserve recognition!!

  We really do need more kind workers like Debora! AI can't replace human interactions like that, needed to ensure a smooth process. Can't stress how much we still need humans to perform certain tasks, especially in my field of business. (Real Estate)
