I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Cricket Wireless store. I went in intending to purchase five phones, but the customer service I received from Maria was unacceptable.
She was rude, dismissive, and made very little effort to help me. Communication was difficult because her English was hard to understand, and instead of trying to clarify or assist, she came across as impatient and uninterested. As a customer ready to make a significant purchase, I expected professionalism, courtesy, and knowledgeable service.
Unfortunately, I felt like my business was not valued at all. Maria seemed more concerned with her own attitude than helping customers. I left frustrated and disappointed, and I ended up questioning whether this store truly cares about customer service.
If Cricket Wireless wants to keep customers, management should ensure employees are properly trained in communication, professionalism, and customer care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.
