  Pésimo servicio al cliente , la empleada una mala educada y el manager no ayuda en nada , soy cliente de cricket hace más de 3 años , se me rompió el tell y no me quisieron pasar la targeta a otro tell que lleve con la justificación de que no tenían suficiente internet , la verdad no entendí pero fueron muy mal educados , en fin el customer service de esa tienda es horrible . Good afternoon. I am giving this establishment a 1 start because I cannot give it a 0. The employees do not have any knowledge about the services that Criket provides and are extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in to change a SIM card and they didn't want to give me service. I already have 4 lines with Criket and I am very happy with their services, I just need to change a card because my tell broke. To my surprise, the customer service lady did not feel comfortable with my only request, and the manager did not owe much either. I don't want this to happen to someone else. IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I HAD HEARD SOMETHING SIMILAR LAST YEAR FROM SOMEONE, AS IT'S CLOSE TO WHERE I LIVE, I DECIDED TO TRY IT ANYWAY. THANK YOU FOR READING.
