  Estuve hoy en la tienda ubicada en Tamiami y la 85 ave. Me atendió Dianelis. Muy profesional en su atención y abil y conocedora en cuanto a los móviles y su funcionamiento. La recomiendo totalmente.

  This Cricket Wireless Retail Store location will beat any of the BIG 3 (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) retail spaces any day - which is interesting since Cricket runs and is owned by AT&T (one of those things!). Juan, who also happens to be the owner of a family of wireless stores throughout the Miami and Broward County areas, knows his products and service value proposition well. You won't go in blind as a consumer—Juan guided us with clear facts so I could easily understand both our device and service plan choices. Summary: they run the business based on trust, the carrier switch was swift and frictionless. Facts: from the moment you arrive, you are walking into an organized, and well retail retail experience that was planned with intention. Wireless Services: 2 years as a T-Mobile user, I was just tired of price hikes in the last two years. Location: Easy to access & great dedicated parking. Cons; Nothing to report! Which is VERY RARE in Miami🤷🏼‍♂️ Message to Juan! - Thank you so much for your assistance and guidance.
