  I had an outstanding experience at the Audemars Piguet Boutique in Bal Harbour, thanks to Monica Clausell. From the moment I walked in, Monica made me feel genuinely welcome. She took the time to explain the history of the brand, the craftsmanship behind the watches, and answered all of my questions with incredible patience and knowledge. She encouraged me to try on the watch I was interested in, and I never felt rushed or pressured. What really stood out was that she personally called me the following day to continue our conversation, learn more about what I was looking for, and share additional insight into the brand. That level of follow-up and genuine care is something you rarely experience. I've worked with many people in the luxury watch industry, and I can honestly say Monica is one of the very best. Her professionalism, expertise, and passion for Audemars Piguet made the entire experience memorable. She is a tremendous asset to the Bal Harbour boutique, and I sincerely look forward to working with her again in the future. I highly recommend asking for Monica if you're visiting the boutique.
