  Very disappointing experience. The item was sold to me already in an open box by the store, and when I tried to return it, the manager refused to accept it. If stores cannot take back items that are sold in an open box, customers should be clearly made aware of that at the time of purchase. The manager was also rude and unhelpful throughout the situation. I expected much better customer service. Go to autozone instead!!!

  This place is absolutely ridiculous. Some of the worst customer service i’ve ever seen. 30 minutes to check out when the store is practically empty and there are 3+ employees on the job.
