  Avoid this place. They sold my friend the wrong battery, and it took hours to process the refund. We were left waiting without any explanation, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. I’d recommend going to the AutoZone nearby instead.

  If I could give this store zero stars for the experience that we had, I would. I’m just getting at home tonight and finally laying down at 12:47am and I have to be up at 5:00am to get ready for work. However, after the beyond awful experience my friend and I had with his car, I cannot go to bed with this on my mind. My friend went to have a simple battery check. A task that I would assume that employees do everyday. We were assisted by a man named Marcos. When the battery was tested, he stated that the starter and alternator were in good standing, but the battery was low and needed to be charged. My friend and I informed Marcos that we do not have any experience, knowledge or tools to take the battery out the car, however, Marcos stated that it was no problem and went inside the store and grabbed gloves and a cart with tools. What we thought was excellent customer service, turned into a nightmare. After he charged the battery for 30 minutes, he struggled placing the battery back into its spot. My friend and I noticed that there was a spark but was unsure as to what was happening. Marcos then realizes that he put the battery in backwards and was forcing in and flipped it, tighten the terminals and asked us to turn on the car. When my friend started his car, it did not turn on. We tried multiple times but it still would not work.

  So I got a battery from Auto Parts installed now I’m trying to get a New Battery and they’re willing to sell it but they won’t install it what’s the point of getting it in “Advance “ if they’re Not going to Install it lol
