  Well, I went to Advance Auto Parts Store #09358, located at 1401 NW 27th Ave, Miami, FL 33125. Moises Guevara—who introduced himself to me as the manager—was assisting me regarding a DieHard Platinum battery. This battery comes with a 4-year warranty; however, Moises made me return to the store six times, claiming that the battery needed to be charged for 24 hours. He would hand the battery back to me, insisting that everything was fine, and refused to test it in my presence. On the fifth visit, he told me that—whenever this issue occurred—I would *always* have to go and charge the battery for 24 hours myself. This took place yesterday, June 1, 2026. Today, June 2, 2026, I spoke with another manager, Alicia C. She tested the battery, and the result showed that the battery was not holding the necessary charge; she then HONORED THE 4-YEAR DIEHARD WARRANTY AND GAVE ME A BRAND NEW ONE. ALL OF THIS WAS RESOLVED IN JUST 20 MINUTES—whereas with Moises Guevara, I had to see him six times with absolutely no results, all while he mocked the customer. Bueno fuy a Advance Auto Parts Store # 09358 ,Dirección 1401 Nw 27 ave miami fl 33125 ,Moises Guevara,Se me presento como manager ,con una Bateria DieHard Platinum, Cual tiene 4 años de garantia y este Mosises me hiso 6 veces porque la bateria debia ser cargada 24 horas,me devolbia la bateria que todo estaba bien y se reusaba a chequear delante de mi y en 5ta ves me dijo que tenia que ir a cargar la bateria por 24 horas siempre que me pasara ,esto fue Ayer junio 01,2026, Hoy Junio02,2026 ,Hablo con otra manager Alicia C, Esta chequio la bateria y el resultado fue que la bateria no coge la carga necesaria y APLICO LA GARANTIA DE 4 AÑOS DE LA DIEHARD Y ME DIO UNA NUEVA,TODO ESTO PASO EN 20 MINUTOS ,MIENTRAS QUE CON MOISES GUEVARA,TUVE QUE VERLO 6 VECES SIN RESULTADO BURLANDOSE DEL CLIENTE.
