  Cada vez que vengo a este advance auto parts, una atención desfavorable, le pregunta algo a él de la tienda y siempre con una mala cara, con ánimos de no contestar o trabajar y la amabilidad ni que se diga pésima. No vuelvo a venir a este auto parts

  Esta es una de las mas malas tienda de advance auto parts 135 sw desde el servicio hasta la apertura de la tienda aca supestamemte abre a las 7:30am son las 8 am y aun no abre cambien el horario de internet y mejorem el servicio y el trato al cliente

  My car has a dead battery, and i walk to the store to get a jump start device, while i was looking for it, i got a 5 gallons motor oil too, is suppose to be sealed but it wasnt and i got oil all over my pant and shoes, i let that one go, i ask the clerck for the jump start, and he give me one, i make sure to ask, if it came pre charged, he told me that of course it does, bought it, walk back to my car, connect it and surprise, nothing happen because the jump start device is drain EMPTY, so now im stock charging a device that so far after 20 min, is 4% charge, i call several times to the store to be place on hold everytime i call, when i finally got in touch with someone after 20 min trying, their answer was, sorry but there is nothing they can do!!! Way to go
