Don't enjoy having your employees following me oround like if I was some kind of thief. Especially when I'm with my daughter just shopping for what I need. Next time ill defenetly say something. And not in a nice way

I had an amazing experience at this Advance Auto Parts location, all thanks to an employee named Carlos. Instead of just pointing me in a general direction, they went completely above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Carlos was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and had a fantastic attitude. It is so rare to find this level of genuine, high-quality customer service these days. He made sure I left with exactly what I needed and a smile on my face. Employees like this are the reason I will definitely be returning to this location for all my auto needs. Thank you so much for the stellar help!

We needed a new battery for our golf cart. We ordered online and it was ready for pick up on a timely manner. When we realized we had ordered the wrong one Lyen V helped us. He was polite and courteous and very efficient. He had us fixed up with the correct battery in no time. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this location if Advance auto parts and Lyen is an asset to this company.
