  I want to recognize Francisco at Advance Auto Parts at the 2151 SW 27th Ave location for his excellent customer service today. My car battery died, and after finally getting a jump, I went to Advance Auto Parts because I was concerned the battery would die again. Francisco greeted me and immediately offered to help. Instead of trying to sell me a battery right away, he first checked my battery to confirm whether it actually needed to be replaced. He took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me the information I needed to make the right decision. Once the test showed that the battery was bad, I decided to purchase a new one, and Francisco installed it for me. He was patient, professional, and very kind throughout the entire process. I even tried to tip him afterward, and he politely declined, saying he was just happy to help. It is rare to come across someone who is not only professional but genuinely caring. Francisco made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciate his help.

  I visited the Advance Auto Parts location at 2151 SW 27th Ave to purchase a new battery for my car, and I had an outstanding experience. As someone who previously worked in hospitality, I recognize exceptional customer service when I see it. Christopher and Francisco truly exemplified it. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to assist me every step of the way. They clearly explained what was going on with my car, walked me through my options, and recommended the best course of action without making me feel rushed or pressured. Their patience, expertise, and genuine willingness to help made what could have been a stressful situation a very positive experience. Christopher and Francisco deserve to be recognized for their outstanding customer service and professionalism. Advance Auto Parts is fortunate to have employees like them!
