  Lived in Country Walk for over 35 years, I have visited this Advance many times, and never disappointed. Mr. Martinez and his Staff, are always willing to assist and are always professional. Also, Paula has taken care of me multiple times, and very knowledgeable in car parts. This is my only car parts go to place.

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Alex Martinez and the entire staff at Advance Auto Parts for their outstanding customer service. Every time I come in, they go the extra mile to help with anything I need. Alex and his team are always professional, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to make sure customers leave satisfied. It’s hard to find service like this nowadays — they truly care about helping people and making the experience easy and stress-free. Thank you all for the great attitude, hard work, and dedication.   My car wouldn’t start so I came here to purchase a jumper. I was able to start my car and get it to this location. Ask the associate if he can text my car battery and he told me he can’t because it’s raining. It stopped raining 30 minutes ago. If you don’t want to do your job just say that

  Visiting this store is a pleasant experience. Mr. Martinez and Ms. Paola are exceptionally helpful, assisting whenever necessary. They have not only help me locate the items I needed but also recommended additional products. I genuinely appreciate their customer service.

  Thank you to the two young employees at Auto Parts who took the time to help us find a solution to our RV battery problem. They did an excellent job and gave us great advice.
