horrible experience, an between his 40-50 hispanic guy , he was extremely rude and kept talking over my food. Not only that but he was saying profanities while talking to a gay young coworker INFRONT of the clientele, completely unhinged and unprofessional. DEFINITELY NOT COMING TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN

Very disappointed with the customer service at this Subway location. My mom was trying to place an order using a translator on the phone because of the language barrier, and the employee refused to take her order. The employee claimed she “couldn’t hear,” yet she was wearing an AirPod the entire time. Instead of being patient and understanding, she was rude and dismissive. Customers should be treated with respect regardless of the language they speak. This experience was unprofessional and upsetting. This was done today May 11th around 9:30ish pm .

This location has become terrible. This is the 3rd time I order here and the last! TERRIBLE customer service, can’t read the orders, orders always wrong, cold food, old bread being served and above all the phone number is a non working number.

I came to Subway today at around 10:30, and when I tried to order, the employee told me, “I can’t toast your sandwich there’s no toasting. You either take it cold or not at all.”
When I asked why, she said, “I’m about to close the store right now, so I can’t.”
Honestly, that’s not the right way to speak to a customer, and I didn’t appreciate the attitude.
