  Have been coming to this location for a few years now and I love the staff! Everyone is always so welcoming and helping :) Everyone here is very well organized and if you have a mailbox, you get a notification right away. They're on their stuff!!!! 10/10 recommend this place

  Went to do a few returns today and the young lady with the red hair was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful the entire time. She was huffing and puffing not only with me, but with the two customers before me as well, like it was such an inconvenience for customers to even be in the store. I honestly wasn’t planning on leaving a review, but after sitting in my car and reading through the others, I realized this clearly isn’t a one-time issue. There seems to be a consistent pattern of poor customer service at this location, and management does not appear to address it. Just a warning to others, I would avoid this location if you expect decent customer service.
