  Went to do a few returns today and the young lady with the red hair was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful the entire time. She was huffing and puffing not only with me, but with the two customers before me as well, like it was such an inconvenience for customers to even be in the store. I honestly wasn’t planning on leaving a review, but after sitting in my car and reading through the others, I realized this clearly isn’t a one-time issue. There seems to be a consistent pattern of poor customer service at this location, and management does not appear to address it. Just a warning to others, I would avoid this location if you expect decent customer service.

  The young woman who just assisted me at UPS Store #3170 was neither friendly nor professional, and she was unwilling to help. I recommend that UPS provide better training to its employees regarding customer service. The staff here has always been friendly in the past, but today is Monday, and this young woman seems to be in a bad mood. Thank you.

  I have been going to this store for many years. They have consistently given me very friendly and professional service. The staff always answers all of my questions, and appreciates my business. Jonathan the owner, really goes to any length to help his customers. They also offer a notary service, which I have used many times. This has made getting something notarized easy, and convenient for me. There are many reasons you should pick this store to do all of your shipping with.
