  Daniela was totally amazing. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and how to assist with my issues.. She helped guide me as if I was a family member to help solve the problem. The best way possible she went definitely up and beyond because she really didn’t have to do all that, but I really do appreciate her and her efforts and when choosing an employees you would want to recruit people such as her I work in customer service, high-end clientele, and I know sometimes it’s not always easy, but she definitely displayed extreme professionalism, personal touch, relatable and very understanding definitely worth the five stars and the time to out of my day to pause just to make sure she gets recognized for an outstanding service which is why I will stick with Allstate she’s wanting the key factors.

  Always helpful and brought us into their company with open arms and helped cancel with that creepy Geico. When we went to cancel Geico they tried to lower our premiums to keep us. Why didn't they do this before. We called them several times and asked why they were so dang high. Allstate gave us a good fare premium, and we appreciate the help they gave on getting us into the system. Very nice representative.
