  I do not know where to begin to express my disappointment with this agency. My husband and I were clients of the original James Miller Agency before his retirement. We have had our homeowners and multiple cars with them since 1985. After Mr. Miller retired, and Ms Jorge took over we have seen significant increases in our rates. I have called often through the last few years and spoke to Wilky, most recently when they increased my homeowners to $10,204!! This was outrageous. I called and Wilky was too busy to talk. I kindly asked him to return my call so that we could discuss alternatives. His reply to me was that everyone’s insurance rates increased. I explained that I am recently widowed and with these rates, I could not possibly afford to continue to stay in my home of over 30 years. With a promise of a call back, we concluded the call. It has been 3 weeks and he has not had the courtesy to call me. Call me stupid for staying with Jorge’s agency for this long, but I would think my loyalty to them would count for something, at the very least a phone call. I found a new agent and my home with the same coverage is costing me $4,772/year as opposed to the $10,204 they are charging me. I also began to think they were ripping me off on the two cars I currently have insured with their agency. I just received a quote with the exact coverage with Progressive saving $1,200 a year. Look around people. This agency needs a lesson in customer service.
