  I placed an online order and requested all flats for 1 of 3 combo meals. The flavors I requested were bbq and garlic Parmesan, hot lemon pepper (which you have to call them and request that particular flavor) for the other 2 combo meals. When I called I was told that I couldn’t get all flats although I paid for my order already. The manager said to compensate me for my trouble they would add in extra fries. WELL, what I received was one of the drinks was seltzer water, only some of my wings were hot lemon pepper, I did not get the extra fries and I was not refunded my up charge for not getting all flats. When I called to advise them of the problems I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes then someone came to the phone to tell me that the manager was busy and can’t deal with my issue. If I wanted to continue to hold on then it would be at least another 8 minute wait. I frequent the Wingstop on 2nd Ave and 213 street in Miami Gardens because it’s closer to home. Now I’m gonna have to travel a little further should I want to continue to patronize Wingstop. I hope management gets this review and look into fixing the problems.

  The workers were high as a kite, the air was filled with smoke, they were slow, service was terrible, I legit asked for my food as soon as I went into the Wingstop and they had it the entire time and I waited for 30m

  I ordered Wingstop delivery on Sunday 8/2/26 my order came to 42.00 dollars including tip and delivery I ordered the 15 classic wings large fries two drinks and two dips When the order came it was boneless wings wrong flavor so hot the kids couldn't eat, I called the restaraunt and the young lady told me to come they would remake the food and leave the old food at home ,when I got there after waiting 15 mins the girl at the front told me the MANAGER said she was not remaking my whole order I said what. You told me to come, then she says the Manager says she can only remake the wings .... Ok I paid extra for delivery fee and tipped the driver and all I got is the wings remade no delivery fee refunded no tip refunded and I had to drive to the restaurant .... So I got cheated out of some of my money because of the manager the whole order should've got remade ..... they do not care about pleasing the customer most of us are black at this location so they don't care

  The food was good. However, my brownie was missing, no napkins, and didn't have the orders in separate bags as asked. The place was clean

  Great spot for a quick pickup of wings & fries. The family packs are sufficient for a family of 5.
