  What an amazing an helpful experience. The entire staff was helpful Jendi facilitated the process when I was running into an issue. If you need printing or any other of the services they offer this store is where you should go. Thank you again from the guy in the yellow shirt.

  The employee was not helpful and rude. I stopped by to return a verizon router and I greeted the employee. I said I am here to return this to Verizon, I was advised that I just need to bring it in and do not require a label. She took one look at me and said " that's not how it works, we dont do that here" then walked away. I stepped to the side then called Verizon. The agen asked to speak to her so I places the phone on speaker and gave it to the employee. She has the nerves to lie stating I did not tell her I had no label. She reluctantly took care of the return. Clearly she is unhappy with her job.

  Customer service gave extra attention to.make sure my printing was exactly right. She did a test page first and I was able to send another PDF for clearer print. Guerlanda at the 5800 store was exceptional.
