  Long line , short staffed , long line, not knowledgeable and they are expensive while completing a return they charge you to print the return labels. signs should be posted or told to customers, to avoid hidden fees.

  Very disappointing experience. The store opened 15 minutes late, leaving several customers waiting outside. When the employee finally arrived, there wasn’t even a simple apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Instead of helping the line of customers who had been waiting, he took his time doing other tasks before serving anyone. Being late can happen, but a sincere apology and a sense of urgency would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, neither was present. Customer service starts with respecting people’s time, and this experience fell well below expectations.
