  Thanks to Giovanni who was very kind and helpful... he was a very great help.I couldnt open the cap to put motor oil but he went a found a solution.. Employees like Giovanni are hard to come by.... thanks again for the kind help you gave me God bless you

  I placed a in store pickup that said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited an hour and the order was not ready still. I then went into the store where there wasn’t a long line but there was about 2-3 people in front of me and one cashier. I said out loud to the cashier is anyone else working, where he proceeded to ignore me. About 5 minutes later a young lady came from the back slowly. He then had to pick my order. He didn’t move with any sense of urgency. It took me over 20 minutes just to pick up some spark plugs

  I would like to let the CEO of this company know that no matter what time of the day I come, morning or night, Drew is always professional and patient with me. He is very knowledgeable and breaks all the information down to me so I can understand what I’m getting and buying. I will never switch up on the store for nobody. And please you only have 5 stars, I want to put 10!!

  I visited AutoZone on Thursday, February 12, 2026, to purchase a battery for my key fob. I already had the old battery in my hand and simply asked the associate at the front desk if they sold replacement key batteries. Instead of just answering the question, she immediately responded that they do not open keys or install the batteries — which I did not ask her to do. As I was about to show her the battery I needed to replace, she walked away from the counter mid-conversation. The store was not busy at the time; there was only one other customer being helped. The interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. Customer service and basic courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I chose to walk out and will not be revisiting this location.
