  Scammers. Extremely overpriced, and the customer service is unacceptable. After using the UPS Store, I briefly went to the shop next door to grab a juice to go, and they immediately called a towing company to tow my car. Completely unreasonable and a terrible way to treat customers. Be very careful parking here.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. The most incompetent team of workers. Raul speaks to his customers and colleagues with complete disrespect. I cringed how he spoke to John and then he spoke the same to me. Please get a new team. Multiple typos while creating labels, not able to process payments, totally rude. This is the third time, I have been so patient but this is enough.

  It is a pleasure visiting this store for printouts, package pick ups and returns. The staff is very helpful, friendly and go above and beyond. I always set this store and location for all my returns. Definitely my top choice over usps and fedex. First class service! A+

  Hola chicos me llego el papel para pasar a buscar mi envio ( el papel lo dejaron recien ) ya puedo pasar o tengo q esperar que culmine el dia, gracias de ser posible responder
