    20 bucks for a subway sandwich is insane. Especially considering the other options on 41st St. To add, the tables were not very clean or even neatly aligned. The food quality was on par with other subway locations.

    I don’t write reviews often, but I felt this one deserved to be said. I walked in genuinely excited. Subway has always felt like a reliable, feel-good stop, and I was really looking forward to it. I left feeling dismissed and honestly a little embarrassed for saying anything at all. The smell when I walked in was rough, the lettuce was visibly wilted, and when I quietly mentioned it, the energy shifted completely. What I received was a sandwich assembled with what I can only describe as indifference sparse, cold, and charged at full price. I also have a serious tuna allergy and couldn’t even get a moment of patience when I asked a simple question. I’m not angry. I’m just disappointed, because this could have been such an easy, lovely experience. Whoever reads this you had a customer who genuinely wanted to love coming here. I hope the next one gets treated that way.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
