The service from the lady was simply awful, she was angry and had a very despicable attitude. I came here with a lot on my mind, I came to eat and relax, and this person made my night even worse. It's 06/04/2026 at 10 pm

Worst Subway on Miami Beach. They will mess up your order and tell you they don’t care and if you don’t like it contact the owner. Like literally this woman is in here with AirPods on no hairnet, no hat/visor, not properly washing her hands or nothing I literally over heard her having an attitude with everybody that comes in here. Just being rude to everyone. Not sure of her title but she is not a good representation of the brand or business. Then going to tell me I don’t have a right. Newsflash in public you have no expectation of privacy. Telling me she doesn’t want to see me again. You don’t have to worry about it I barely go to Subway anyway and I don’t want to see you again anyway. You are not a pleasant person at all. I hope you don’t act like this in public. It’s ok my bank will have the last word so don’t act surprised.

Nothing much to tell other than the owner was unnecessarily pushy and rude. I came in to order a sandwhich and there was a bit of a line, so I sat down to finish submitting a time sensitive document while the line died down. The owner kept being pushy about ordering and I continued to say that upon completion of a time sensitive matter I would place my order. The owner was rude and loud, and borderline childish from there. Even when I decided to no longer give the establishement my business and leave, she decided to throw insults as I was halfway out of the door. I stopped and asked what made her think it was a good idea to treat customers so poorly, and the ego-defensive display that ensued was one I am sure the other customers will not forget. I never thought I would give a service like SUBWAY a poor review, there is not much you can do wrong, but man this woman nailed it!
