  I'm giving an extra star because Pamela was so nice when I initially contacted the company. She quoted an Allstate policy that I decided not to purchase only because I decided to sell my condo and it was easier just to renew my existing policy for a short term. Based on my previous experience with Pamela I was anxious to purchase an Allstate policy for my new condo. When I called I was forwarded to Victoria Nava. After a discussion of my needs she emailed a quote from Citizens Insurance. UH???? Not only was the premium crazy expensive but had bare minimum coverage. I had never heard of them but learned online that they are government owned and are kind of a last resort high risk company. I reached out at least two times by both phone and email to inquire as why she didn't quote Allstate which Pamela had previously done so easily. After a week with no replies I contacted Univista Insurance. I ended up purchasing a Castle Key (Allstate) policy. The whole process took one day. Literally half the premium of the Citizens quote with dramatically better coverage and very responsive service from the agent.

  The Best Insurance agency.... Why the best? The are honest, super friendly and they care for us... I being with Pamela Brumer for over 10 year and I never had any bad experience; Yesis Gomez is my Agent and she always answer my questions very profetional... I trust this agency & I won't ever change to another one... I had other company's before; Never like this one!!! I do Love the office of Pamela Brumer... They are THE BEST!
